- 5+ years of compensation experience in US publicly traded small to mid-size organization
- Multi-state compensation experience including California with exempt, non-exempt, and union employees
- Knowledge of federal and state compensation regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or MBA
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM, CCP, or CEBS)
