Required
- 5+ years administering Atlassian suite with deep Jira Service Management experience
- Entra ID administration including conditional access and groups
- SCIM provisioning knowledge
- Experience administering multiple SaaS platforms from Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Zoom, or Lumos
- macOS and Windows support
- Strong documentation skills
- Bias toward automation over manual processes
Nice to have
- Atlassian certifications (ACP) or Microsoft identity certifications (SC-300)
- Experience scaling SaaS operations at growing companies
- History of replacing manual access processes with automated provisioning
- N8N, scripting, or AI tools experience like Claude
