  • 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, growth, or related field
  • Proven experience owning and building lifecycle programs at meaningful scale
  • Hands-on proficiency with Braze including canvases, triggers, personalization, and experimentation

  • Strong independent judgment on prioritization, audience risk, and launch readiness
