Required

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of integrated marketing, ad sales marketing, or B2B marketing experience in media, advertising, or related organization
  • Experience supporting national sales organizations or strategic marketing solutions teams
  • Proven track record developing ad sales materials and revenue-driving marketing initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of how advertising media is planned, bought, and sold across direct and programmatic channels
  • Strong strategic thinking with disciplined project management and creative problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and ad media databases
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools including Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms
