Required

  • 5+ years hands-on enterprise systems experience
  • Significant Salesforce administration experience as admin, implementer, or advanced power user
  • Integration experience with ability to read and debug Workato recipes and trace data flow through GCP/BigQuery
  • SOQL proficiency and record-level data flow tracing across Salesforce and data warehouse
  • Stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Engineering, and Security
  • Structured intake mindset with ability to triage by effort and urgency and manage SLAs

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Platform App Builder and additional GTM stack certifications
  • Experience with MCP connectors, agent testing, and AI-assisted admin work
