Vert Skating

Vert skating is the aggressive inline skating equivalent of vert skateboarding, in which skaters use a vert ramp to gain airtime and perform grabs, spins, and grinds on their inline skates. It emerged alongside aggressive inline skating's rise in the 1990s and remains a competitive discipline in extreme sports events. Skaters rely on specialized skates with reinforced frames and hard wheels suited to ramp riding.
