Underwater Ice Hockey

A niche variant of ice hockey played beneath a frozen sheet of ice rather than on top of it, with swimmers pushing a floating puck along the underside of the ice using short sticks while holding their breath. It combines freediving, ice swimming, and hockey skills, and is practiced mostly by cold-water diving enthusiasts as an extreme novelty sport rather than an organized competitive league.
