Underwater Hockey

Underwater hockey, also known as Octopush, is a sport played at the bottom of a swimming pool in which two teams use short sticks to push a weighted puck across the pool floor and into the opposing goal, all on a single breath. Players must surface to breathe between plays, making fitness, breath control, and teamwork essential to the game.
