Time Attack

Time attack is a motorsport competition format in which each car and driver completes a course individually against the clock, rather than racing wheel-to-wheel against other competitors, with the fastest single lap time determining the winner. It's common in circuit racing, rally, and drifting events, and appeals to drivers and tuners focused on maximizing a car's outright performance and their own precision driving.
