Teamgym

TeamGym is a team-based gymnastics discipline developed in Europe, in which squads compete in three events: floor exercise, tumbling, and trampette (vaulting), with routines performed synchronously by groups of gymnasts. It was created in the 1990s under the European Gymnastics Union to encourage a more inclusive, team-oriented form of gymnastics compared to individual apparatus competition. The discipline emphasizes synchronization, choreography, and difficulty, and is popular in clubs across Europe.
