Tchoukball

Tchoukball is a fast-paced indoor team sport invented in the 1970s by Swiss biologist Hermann Brandt, in which players throw a ball against an angled, trampoline-like frame and opponents try to prevent it from touching the ground after rebounding. It combines elements of handball and squash and was designed to reduce physical contact and injury risk. The sport emphasizes teamwork, agility, and non-aggressive competition.
