Tag Rugby

Tag rugby is a non-contact adaptation of rugby in which players wear a belt with two removable tags, and instead of tackling, defenders stop an attacker by pulling off a tag. It's widely used in schools and social leagues to teach rugby skills and tactics safely, making the sport accessible to beginners, children, and mixed-ability groups.
