Supermoto

Supermoto is a motorsport discipline that pits specially adapted motorcycles, combining dirt-bike chassis with street-bike wheels and tires, against courses that mix sections of pavement with dirt or gravel. Races test riders' versatility as they transition between tarmac cornering and off-road handling within the same lap, often on tracks built specifically for the format. It attracts riders and fans who enjoy the hybrid skill set it demands compared to pure road racing or pure motocross.
