Paddle Boarding

Paddle boarding involves standing or kneeling on a long, buoyant board and propelling oneself through water using a single-bladed paddle, most commonly practiced as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It can be done on calm lakes, ocean surf, or whitewater rivers, and appeals to people for its full-body workout, balance challenge, and versatility across fitness, touring, yoga, and racing applications. Its accessibility and relatively gentle learning curve have made it one of the fastest-growing water sports in recent decades.
