Ninja Warrior

Ninja Warrior refers to televised obstacle course competitions, originating from Japan's "Sasuke" and adapted internationally as shows like "American Ninja Warrior," in which competitors race against the clock through a gauntlet of physically demanding obstacles like warped walls, rope swings, and salmon ladders. Competitors train in gyms specifically designed to replicate these obstacles, blending elements of gymnastics, rock climbing, and parkour. Its popularity has grown into a broader recreational fitness subculture with dedicated Ninja Warrior training gyms and youth competitions.
