Jumpstyle is a dance style and associated electronic dance music genre that emerged in Belgium and the Netherlands in the early 2000s, characterized by rapid, rhythmic jumping and kicking leg movements performed to hard trance, hardstyle, or techno beats. It grew popular through online video communities and is often danced solo or in groups at clubs and festivals.
