Horseback Riding

Horseback riding, or equestrianism, is the practice of mounting and controlling a horse for recreation, sport, or transportation, encompassing styles from Western and English riding to bareback and trail riding. Riders enjoy it for the physical skill of balance and communication with the animal, as well as the sense of freedom it offers outdoors.
