Drifting

Drifting is a driving technique and motorsport in which the driver intentionally oversteers, causing the rear wheels (or all four) to lose traction while maintaining control of the vehicle through a corner at high speed. Originating from Japanese mountain road racing culture, it has become a competitive judged sport as well as a popular hobby among car enthusiasts who value car control and style over outright lap times.
