Back Crawl

Back crawl, more commonly known as backstroke, is a competitive swimming stroke performed on the back with alternating overarm strokes and a flutter kick, making it the only major competitive stroke swum face-up. It is one of the four strokes used in competitive swimming and medley events, and is often recommended for beginners because it allows easy breathing without turning the head.
