Kanban
Project Management and Productivity Tools
Kanban is a visual workflow management method, originating from Toyota's manufacturing system, that uses a board with columns (like To Do, In Progress, Done) and cards to represent tasks moving through a process. It's used by software development, manufacturing, and project management teams to limit work-in-progress, expose bottlenecks, and improve flow. Unlike Scrum, it doesn't require fixed sprints, allowing for continuous delivery of work.
