Idea Validation
Business and Management
Idea validation is the process of testing whether a business, product, or project concept has real market demand before committing significant time and resources to building it out, often through customer interviews, surveys, landing page tests, or minimum viable products. Entrepreneurs and product managers use this practice to reduce risk and avoid building something nobody wants. It is a foundational step in lean startup methodology and product development.
