Director of Engineering
A Director of Engineering is a senior technology leader responsible for setting technical strategy and overseeing multiple engineering teams within a software organization, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps. They provide hands-on engineering leadership, manage the software development lifecycle, and typically run Agile/Scrum processes to keep teams delivering predictably. Duties & responsibilities

- Establish and enforce engineering practices including development standards, CI/CD, testing, and code governance
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into actionable plans for distributed teams
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
