Required
- 5+ years in analytics, analytics engineering, or related field
- Strong SQL including reverse-engineering undocumented transformations
- Direct ownership of a semantic or metrics layer in production
- Ability to resolve conflicting metric definitions across functions
- Clear written communication for documentation
- Comfort deprecating and removing work built by others
- Experience evaluating LLM or AI agent output against ground truth
- Experience with data catalog and/or lineage tooling
Nice to have
- Lakehouse architecture experience (Iceberg, Athena, Trino, or similar)
- Exposure to audit readiness, SOX, or financial controls
- Understanding of consumption or usage-based business models
- Experience building functions from the ground up before process existed
