What they ask for

Required

  • 6+ years product management experience including at least one product from inception to commercial launch
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or ML-powered products, ideally computer vision, LLMs, or vision-language models
  • Commercial accountability including pricing, packaging, and pilot-to-paying-customer conversion
  • Leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, legal, privacy, risk, design, and go-to-market
  • Strong customer discovery and enterprise client-facing skills with ability to present to senior executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience in property and casualty insurance, insurance technology, or property data and analytics
  • Experience with B2B2C products including privacy and white-labeling considerations
  • Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Deep expertise implementing advanced AI solutions for strategic transformation and operational efficiency
