- 6-8 years of experience in employee experience, culture, engagement, onboarding, or related HR work
- Experience leading enterprise surveys, onboarding, recognition, culture, or ERG programs
- Strong program management, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to execute global programs while improving local relevance and delivery
- Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and executive communication skills
