What they ask for
Required
- B.S. in chemistry, microbiology, biology, quality management, engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of quality assurance, quality control, process engineering, or product formulation experience
- Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one within six months
- Working knowledge of USP-NF standards including monographs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management
- Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills
- Solid understanding of product testing and specifications
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
- Skills in decision-making, data collection and analysis, organizing and planning
- Knowledge of documentation and facility auditing
- Medical clearance to wear respiratory protection
- Ability to confirm understanding of reproductive risks from hazardous drugs
- Physical capacity to walk 50%, stand 100%, squat/bend 20%, lift 80% of shift, and lift up to 50 lbs
Nice to have
- Experience in a 503b outsourcing facility
- Experience in cGMP or regulated environment
- Aseptic processing experience
- Knowledge of ISO 14644
- Some travel availability
