  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 20+ years of program management experience
  • 10-15 years managing DOD propulsion programs
  • Experience generating and managing Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans
  • Experience with Earned Value Management
  • Direct experience managing large subcontracts
  • Experience briefing executives and customers on program status and risks
  • Experience managing U.S. Government customer programs
  • Must obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance
  • Current DOD Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Travel up to 25% within continental US

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience managing rocket propulsion defense system programs
  • Experience with Missile Defense Agency programs with MAP/PMAP requirements
  • Business development experience with funding customer offices
