  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience with significant indirect procurement background
  • Experience in category management or senior buyer roles delivering substantial savings
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders
  • Prior people management or team leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling including spend analysis and TCO analysis
  • Familiarity with e-sourcing and procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and advanced Excel
  • Strong understanding of contract law and contract negotiation principles
  • Knowledge of indirect categories and supplier markets
  • Excellent negotiation skills for complex deals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data quickly
  • Influence and communication skills to persuade and advise stakeholders at all levels
