Required

  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience in strategic finance, FP&A, GTM/Sales Finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
  • 5+ years in GTM or Sales Finance at a high-growth technology company
  • 3+ years leading and developing teams
  • Embedded finance partnership experience with senior GTM leadership (CRO, CCO, or VP Sales) at an enterprise technology company
  • Deep understanding of committed-consumption revenue mechanics (committed vs. on-demand, contract terms, bookings vs. revenue)
  • Experience owning sales target setting, sales compensation design, and performance reporting with Revenue Operations
  • Track record building pricing frameworks for complex enterprise contracts
  • Expert-level financial modeling and FP&A/GTM tools proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence executives and boards
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related analytical field

Nice to have

  • Direct GTM or Sales Finance experience at a hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), Neocloud provider (CoreWeave, Nebius), or cloud infrastructure company (Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB)
  • Experience building a GTM Finance function from scratch, including hiring initial analysts and establishing forecast, target-setting, and compensation processes
  • Familiarity with capex-intensive infrastructure businesses and the relationship between deployed fleet economics, capacity planning, and GTM strategy
  • MBA or CFA
