- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of mechanical assembly experience for high-reliability products
- Wiring harness building and termination experience
- Hand tool proficiency including scalpels and hollow punches
- Mechanical drawing and schematic interpretation
- Inspection tool proficiency including calipers and micrometers
- Assembly tooling or composites fabrication experience
- Epoxy material mixing experience
- Ability to work second shift
- US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status
- Eligible for US security clearance
- Able to work 100% onsite
Nice to have
- 5+ years of integration experience
- 1+ year of MLI/thermal blanket experience
- J-STD-001 space certification or NASA.STD.8739.4
- Exceptional attention to detail
