Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 4+ years with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, and PTC products
- Data and system management experience including imports/exports and problem analysis
- Customer interface and requirements coordination skills
- Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodology experience
- End user training development and delivery
- SIT and UAT testing, deployment, and go-live support
- Remote work capability
Nice to have
- Windchill customizations: ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models
- BOM structure understanding
- ProjectLink experience
