Required

  • 15+ years experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or 13+ with Master's, or 11+ with Ph.D.)
  • 10+ years custom design tools and methodology development
  • 10+ years with industry standard automated design tools for synthesis, place and route, EM/IR, STA, and PV
  • 10+ years with Cadence Innovus and/or Synopsys Fusion Compiler
  • CMOS fundamentals and device physics knowledge
  • Experience with batch run oriented environments for design space exploration

Nice to have

  • Experience working with foundries
  • Machine learning experience for improving productivity and efficiency
  • Data analysis skills for large datasets
