15+ years experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or 13+ with Master's, or 11+ with Ph.D.)
10+ years custom design tools and methodology development
10+ years with industry standard automated design tools for synthesis, place and route, EM/IR, STA, and PV
10+ years with Cadence Innovus and/or Synopsys Fusion Compiler
CMOS fundamentals and device physics knowledge
Experience with batch run oriented environments for design space exploration

Nice to have

Experience working with foundries
Machine learning experience for improving productivity and efficiency
Data analysis skills for large datasets
