  • 5+ years in product operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or commercial program management in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Conga including catalog management, pricing rules, and SKU configuration
  • Track record leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Written and verbal communication skills including executive documentation
  • Project management discipline with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Willingness to travel quarterly (10-20%)

  • Familiarity with AI and automation in commercial operations, quoting, or contract workflows
  • Experience conducting SKU or product catalog rationalization audits in complex environments
  • Prior involvement in quote-to-cash re-platforming or system migration
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Sigma or Power BI
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Administrator, or Conga CPQ Product Administration certification
