Required
- Lead and direct maintenance technicians
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment failures
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and fluid power prints
- Operate and maintain PLCs and electromechanical systems
- Manage preventative and predictive maintenance schedules
- Oversee autonomous maintenance deployment across three shifts
- Conduct root cause failure analysis
- Perform multi-trade equipment repairs and fabrication
- Use testing equipment for electrical, mechanical and fluid power diagnostics
- Manage work orders and maintenance metrics in EAM system
- Coach and mentor technicians
- Communicate with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Two-year degree in electrical or mechanical technical field or equivalent
- Five years of maintenance-related work experience
Nice to have
- Experience with panel and machine building practices
- Knowledge of plumbing and machine piping architecture
- Familiarity with equipment procurement and reliability engineering
- Experience implementing new maintenance strategies
- Experience with plant layout and equipment relocation projects
