What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years in telecommunications, satellite communications, or network operations with significant change/release management ownership
- 5+ years leading change management or CAB governance in complex mission-critical environments
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Authority to authorize or halt changes in emergency and time-critical scenarios
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration
- ITIL certification in Change/Release Management
- Experience governing both ground-segment (gateway/RAN) and space-segment (satellite/payload) changes
- Background in ITIL-aligned change, release, and configuration management
- Experience with change automation, CAB workflows, and forward-schedule tooling like ServiceNow or Jira
- Familiarity with satellite pass/contact scheduling constraints and maintenance windows
- Proven track record reducing change-related incidents and improving change success rates
