Required
- DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related STEM field
- 4–7 years in project engineering, systems engineering, or related technical discipline
- Experience in aerospace or defense industry, preferably with DoD or MDA programs
- Demonstrated full-lifecycle engineering project support from requirements to delivery
