What they ask for
Required
- Deep hands-on Marketo expertise including forms, lists, program architecture, scoring, and integrations
- 5–7 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Salesforce admin experience with Campaign object, hierarchies, and reporting
- Proven track record designing lead-scoring models and lead-to-account routing in B2B SaaS
- Active use of AI tools to build and optimize processes
- Systems-thinking approach to solving problems durably rather than with one-off fixes
- Ability to explain technical and data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Autonomous operation managing a live request queue while executing multi-month projects
- San Francisco based or willing to relocate; preference for in-person work
Nice to have
- Prior experience leading a full MAP implementation or migration
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms alongside Marketo
- GTM and ad-platform tracking depth plus attribution tools like Hockeystack or Bizible
- Business intelligence comfort with Hex, Looker, or Tableau for metric modeling
- SQL fluency to query data warehouses for ad hoc analysis
- Experience with intent and signal tools or CDP and data-activation platforms
- Prior collaboration with dedicated Sales Ops and/or CS Ops teams
