Required
- 8+ years in product management, business/finance systems, or finance transformation
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Demonstrated ownership of Finance SaaS platforms across multiple domains
- Track record building product operating models with roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
- Vendor management experience including selection, renewals, and SLA negotiation
- Ability to operate across multiple abstraction levels from executive strategy to platform configuration
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness
- Experience with finance transformation including close acceleration, reconciliation strategies, and UAT planning
Nice to have
- Experience at a high-growth public technology company
- Familiarity with Reddit's specific finance tech stack or comparable tools
- Advertising platform or quote-to-cash/procure-to-pay transformation experience
