Required
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Urban Design
- Minimum 15 years of real estate development experience
- Proven track record managing multi-phase ground-up commercial or mixed-use projects in the $50M–$500M range
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various phases simultaneously
- Experience with marketing and sales processes
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of real estate agreements (Master Declaration, Reciprocal Easement Agreement, Ground Lease, Development Agreement, AIA contracts, CMAR)
- Advanced knowledge of municipal planning and zoning documents
