- 6+ years managing technical programs and projects end-to-end with enterprise system implementations from initiation through stabilization
- Proven competency in planning, sequencing, resourcing, dependency management, risk management and status reporting
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining scope, timeline and quality control
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to hold teams accountable without formal authority
- Direct experience with NetSuite and Workday systems and their supporting business processes (procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, quote-to-cash)
- Understanding of Finance business close cycles and how to sequence delivery around month-end and quarter-end demands
- Broad knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, data flows and SaaS application landscape
- Ability to translate ambiguous or contested problems into concrete plans with named owners and dates
- Excellence in writing requirements and functional specifications that engineers and stakeholders can act on
Nice to have
- Hands-on NetSuite or Workday administration and configuration experience
- Experience with Zip, Stripe, Snowflake, Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms
- Background supporting or delivering through monthly close cycles or working alongside FP&A and accounting operations
- Experience delivering programs in audited environments with controls, evidence and formal sign-off
- Grounding in recognized delivery methodologies with judgment to tailor them to program needs
- Experience running programs in fast-moving, AI-first environments where requirements shift mid-flight
