What this role is

This contract role directs and manages the implementation and delivery of healthcare supply chain software products for multiple customers simultaneously, coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders. It suits experienced project managers comfortable with healthcare technology, complex multi-team engagements, and the ambiguity of working across organizational boundaries without direct authority.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of project leadership experience
  • 5+ years in software development, implementation, or integration projects
  • Proficient understanding of software implementation life cycle
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and large clinical projects with 8+ team members
  • Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in team environment while remaining self-directed and proactive
  • Strong analytical and qualitative reasoning skills
  • Significant Microsoft Office experience
  • ERP/MMIS experience required
  • Healthcare Information Technology or operational leadership experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Travel up to 25% as needed
