Working knowledge of public cloud platforms, VPC architecture, IAM, Kubernetes, service mesh, CI/CD, and compliance frameworks

Track record shipping platform products with measurable adoption across large engineering organizations

Hands-on prototyping and contribution to innersource repositories
Published thought leadership or external talks on platform design
Experience with MCP servers or agent-based systems specifically
