What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years building or integrating AI solutions in enterprise settings
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions from scratch
- Proficiency in Python or another scripting/development language
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks
- Experience integrating with enterprise APIs and platforms
- Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences
- Track record of shipping prototypes and pilots to production
Nice to have
