What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 6 years of space hardware design, integration, or test experience
- GD&T and tolerance analysis experience
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
- Fluency with Windows and Microsoft Office suite
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee, or asylee status, or ability to obtain ITAR authorization
Nice to have
- Experience managing large CAD assemblies and drawings
- Manufacturing and fabrication methods knowledge, particularly machine shop experience
- Hands-on satellite or electronics hardware integration experience
- Experience with thermal, modal, vibration, or structural finite element analysis tools
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages
