Required
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of product management or equivalent domain experience in supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, or retail operations
- Proven experience owning product strategy, business outcomes, and multi-year roadmaps for complex enterprise-scale technology products
- Experience leading product managers or cross-functional product resources
- Strong understanding of outbound warehouse operations including order release, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, ship, and dock management
- Experience with WMS, WES, TMS, or supply chain planning platforms
- Expert-level agile practices including discovery, iterative development, and sprint planning
- Ability to operate in high trade-off and fixed timeline modernization environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to define metrics and make data-informed decisions
Nice to have
- Experience with inventory, flow, replenishment, fulfillment, sortation, transportation, or end-to-end retail supply chain
- Experience modernizing warehouse capabilities across SaaS, packaged, custom-built, automation, and partner systems
- Background in high-volume retail, ecommerce, omnichannel fulfillment, or large warehouse network environments
- Experience partnering with Product Design or UX teams on frontline team member experiences
