  • 8+ years of technical program management experience
  • Track record building cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to drive decisions among senior leaders with competing priorities
  • Experience driving adoption of platform capabilities across product teams without shared reporting lines
  • Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, data governance, audit logging, spend controls)
  • Direct experience working with regulated customers on security reviews, questionnaires, audit findings, and contract requirements

  • End-to-end HIPAA program ownership at a software company
  • Financial services customer experience with data retention, residency, and encryption requirements
  • Design partnership or co-build experience with large enterprise customers
  • Experience using Claude or other LLM tools for program tracking and automation
