Required
- 10+ years internal, corporate, or executive communications experience at a high-growth company
- Proven track record producing All Hands meetings and executive forums
- Hands-on video communications and multi-channel employee engagement program building
- Strong executive presence and ability to advise C-suite leaders
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills for translating complex priorities into clear messaging
- Experience with crisis, issues, or change communications in partnership with Legal and Corporate Communications teams
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
