Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development, systems integration, or technology operations
  • 2+ years of people management or supervisory experience
  • Experience supporting operationally critical systems in guest-facing, logistics, supply chain, casino, or maritime environments
  • Experience overseeing enterprise applications in cloud and/or hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Experience working within structured SDLC, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integration principles
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and security controls
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting distributed environments including shipboard or port operations
  • Experience managing vendor-delivered systems and integration partnerships
  • Exposure to inventory management, warehouse management, procurement systems, or casino technology platforms
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, enterprise systems, ITIL, or project/program management
