Required
- 4–7 years of systems engineering experience in DoD, aerospace, or missile defense programs
- Requirements development and verification planning experience
- Missile Defense Agency (MDA) processes and technical reviews knowledge
- MBSE methodologies and SysML modeling using Cameo Systems Modeler
- Cross-functional engineering communication and stakeholder coordination
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related STEM field
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
Nice to have
- Master's degree in systems engineering or related discipline
- INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification
- Earned Value Management (EVM) or scheduling tools experience
- Technical review support experience (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR)
- DoDAF or similar system architecture framework knowledge
- Approximately 10% travel capability
