- Requirements development and verification planning experience
- Risk management experience
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) processes and technical reviews
- Hands-on experience with MBSE methodologies and SysML
- Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional communication
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related STEM field
- U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
Nice to have
- Master's degree in systems engineering or related discipline
- Experience with INCOSE ASEP/CSEP certification
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Knowledge of scheduling tools
- Experience supporting technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) for MDA programs
- Working knowledge of DoDAF or similar system architecture frameworks
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
