- 7+ years in lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing technology roles with significant campaign execution
- Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or similar platform
- Experience building multichannel lifecycle programs for B2C or B2B2C audiences
- Understanding of marketing data infrastructure and ability to read and write basic SQL
