Required

  • 7+ years in lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing technology roles with significant campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or similar platform
  • Experience building multichannel lifecycle programs for B2C or B2B2C audiences
  • Understanding of marketing data infrastructure and ability to read and write basic SQL
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign measurement, and performance analysis
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can create structure and build from zero to one
  • Familiarity with Reddit and genuine community-first mindset
